A few photos and videos to share of a Merlion Ultimate Blue Jade that I have kept for a few months; while I would like to keep this fish long term, I am about to travel for several months in parts of Asia and South America. The next Merlion Dreamfish order will be landing in Canada in March, 2025; if anyone is looking for a really special BBXB I would highly recommend the Merlion Ultimate “Blue Jade.” I plan to get another for myself.
We are excited to be going on a fish collecting expedition in January 2025 to the Rio Negro in Brazil with the organization www.projectpiaba.org. In future we hope to import sustainably caught tropical fish from the Amazon. We are especially interested in working with local indigenous people to promote an ecologically sound fishery model.
